Customer requested "cheese cutter" style caps for an upcoming event.
After establishing time line we looked at what we could do locally with a two week turnaround, with over 1000 cap styles available ex stock locally we happy to find one that would work.
We landed on the Gatsby Street Cheese Cutter from one of our European brands, Atlantis.
From here we worked with the customer and come up with some mock ups of how the caps could look. Given the caps unique shape we were restricted to the sides of the caps for branning.
Our 270 circular cap frames allow us to embroider the sides of caps, although it is always tricky, especially on these non structured caps, the soft fronts presented some challenges but the end result was satisfactory.
